Corporate and Community Engagement Specialist
Reporting to the Senior
Marketing and Engagement Specialist, this position will be responsible for
developing and enhancing relationships with key contacts in corporations
and organizations that currently support our agency. He/She will also be responsible for establishing new
relationships with local corporations that lead to increased engagement and involvement. Using a portfolio/account management approach, this
team member will be an expert in finding connections to match interests
with needs of our agency. Must be responsive, engaging and passionate
about building and maintaining numerous relationships. Candidate should
have 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications or corporate account

Reporting directly to the CFO, the HR Generalist will be responsible for benefits administration, managing the relationship with third-party payroll processor ExponentHR, maintaining current employee policies and procedures, administering employee on-boarding and termination processes, overseeing the performance management process, and ensuring DCAC’s compliance with up to date HR laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will also serve as the liaison between DCAC and our benefits providers (i.e. health insurance provider, 403(b) plan administrator, etc.), as well as the benefits broker. This role requires strong written and verbal communication with all levels of staff, third-party service providers, board members on an ad hoc basis, and partners. Strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential personnel information, and the ability to work independently are also critical for this position.
