Information Technology Desktop Support Administrator.  Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Information Technology Desktop Support Administrator manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, and training and consultation to staff members. Duties will include effective IT support, troubleshooting, and consulting with the IT Manager as the in-house leader on tactical problems. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of desktop support experience as well as experience and knowledge of client databases and supporting features, specifically Crystal Reports, T-SQL, and Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with Symantec Backup Exec, help desk and ticket systems, remote desktop, Blackbaud (RE/FE), Google Apps, VPN, Cisco UCM and VMware is highly desirable.
