Clinical Intake/Research Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Research, the Clinical Intake/Research Specialist will provide screenings, assessments, and psychological testing of children and immediate family members as well as therapy to clients. Responsibilities include consultation to clinicians and team members, testifying in court when required, and assisting in research activities. Candidate must have clinical experience in assessment and therapy as well as data collection, input, and analyses. Ph.D or Psy. D in Psychology required; however, students who have completed all degree requirements except for dissertation will be considered. Spanish-speaking required. This is a part time position.

Licensed Therapist. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to Dallas Children's Advocacy Center clientele. Must have 2-3 years experience in a non-profit setting and appropriate license to conduct counseling services in the state of Texas. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and/or weekends. Spanish speaking preferred.

Education Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Community Education, the Education Specialist will develop and deliver trainings to professionals and community members. Candidate should be able to work days, evenings and weekends on a regular basis. Responsibilities include marketing and sales of curriculum packages, as well as providing face-to-face delivery for adult-education programs. Prior experience in training/education, curriculum development, marketing and delivery required. Spanish-speaking preferred.

Development/Major Gifts Associate. Under direct supervision of the Senior Development Officer, this position works to identify, solicit, and cultivate potential major giving funding sources (individuals, foundations, organizations, corporations, and government opportunities) as well as manage grant timeline and relationships - including preparation of grant proposals and funding reports. Experience in grant writing and intermediate knowledge of donor database, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, is required. Must have a bachelor’s degree earned from an accredited university and prior work experience in development or equivalent field. Knowledge of child abuse issues helpful.

Maintenance Technician. This professional will work in a multi-agency team environment and will provide support to the Facilities Manager.  The incumbent will report to the Facilities Manager on the organization chart and for all workload-balancing needs. Duties include performing and overseeing a variety of janitorial and/or custodial tasks to maintain a clean and safe building and work environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently are critical for this position. 1-3 years building maintenance experience is preferred.
