Information Technology Desktop
Reporting to the Chief Operations
Officer, the Information Technology Desktop Support Administrator manages and
provides hardware and software maintenance, and training and consultation to
staff members. Duties will include effective IT support, troubleshooting, and
consulting with the IT Manager as the in-house leader on tactical problems.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of desktop support
experience as well as experience and knowledge of client databases and
supporting features, specifically Crystal Reports, T-SQL, and Microsoft Active
Directory. Experience with Symantec Backup Exec, help desk and ticket systems,
remote desktop, Blackbaud (RE/FE), Google Apps, VPN, Cisco UCM and VMware is

Director of Community Education. Reporting to the Chief of External Affairs, the Director of Community Education will be a dynamic trainer and leader to oversee and education program geared to child-serving professionals and community members. The candidate should be able to work days, evenings or weekends on a regular basis. Responsibilities include oversight of the development, delivery and evaluation of content for adult-education programs with heavy emphasis on sales and marketing DCAC-created curriculum. Specific experience in training/education and project management required. It is essential that the candidate is experienced in and enjoys managing and mentoring others to meet aggressive revenue and “reach” goals. Spanish-speaking preferred.
Education Specialist. Reporting to the Chief of External Affairs, the Education Specialist will develop and deliver trainings to professionals and community members. Candidate should be able to work days, evenings and weekends on a regular basis. Responsibilities include marketing and sales of curriculum packages, as well as providing face-to-face delivery for adult-education programs. Prior experience in training/education, curriculum development, marketing and delivery required. Spanish-speaking preferred.
Development Associate. Reporting to the Chief of Development, the Development Associate will serve as the staff liaison to Alliance (DCAC’s young professionals group) as well as manage Encore for Advocacy (a concert series celebrating the transformative power of music therapy), Aim for Advocacy (DCAC’s annual sporting clay tournament), and 3rd party beneficiary/community events. Responsibilities will include management and coordination all day-to-day operations and logistics as well as all administrative duties related to the underwriting process, committee meetings, activities, and updates with assistance from the Development Assistant. Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of work experience in the nonprofit development, communications, or related field required. Intermediate level proficiency with MS Windows, Word, Excel, Mail Chimp and Photoshop required. Blackbaud Raisers Edge knowledge preferred.
