Senior Development Officer 

The Senior Development Officer will play an important role as a senior staff member of the Development team by helping to formulate overall plans for the department and strategies around how the agency sustains funding for the near and long-term. In this role, the Senior Development Officer is responsible for creating and implementing fundraising strategies for all fundraising events as well as working with the Executive Team on major gift prospecting and stewardship, with direct responsibilities for securing major gifts in a portfolio.  Manage two Development Associates whose work will be divided among the events and areas below.

Case Manager

Reporting to the Director of Family Assistance, the Case Manager participates in the work of the Center and the collaborating partner agencies on behalf of the child victims by providing support, information and referrals and resources to victims and their families and to other professionals.

Licensed Therapist

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, the Therapist assesses and counsels children who identify themselves as victims of abuse and non-offending family members.

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, the Therapist primarily counsels adults/parents whose children are victims of abuse.

Partner Services Liaison

Reporting to the Chief of Partner Operations, the Partner Services Liaison participates in the work of the Center and the collaborating agencies on behalf of the child victims by reviewing notifications of child abuse and neglect from the DFPS Services Statewide Intake, identifies notifications within the DCAC Investigative Protocol with MDT members, facilitates coordination of joint investigations and forensic interviews and serving as liaison between DCAC and designated partners.

Parent Specialist


Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapist provides parenting support and training for those whose children identify themselves as victims of abuse.

Partner Operations Administrative Assistant 

Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Partner Operations, this professional participates in the work of the Center and the collaborating agencies on behalf of child victims by providing designated administrative assistance for the Partner Operations Program. Duties include scheduling, data entry, managing all meeting logistics, translating, interacting with partner agencies, case tracking and follow up. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently are critical for this position.
