Lauren is currently a senior art student at Dallas Baptist University. While at DBU, she have been involved in several art events. She created and chaired a yearly art show containing over 175 pieces of art on campus. Also, she was asked to help design one of the two stained glass windows in the campus chapel. Furthermore, she was the recipient of the Arts Scholarship. Although she has lived in Texas all her life, she has fallen in love with the Florida coast. Her artwork is greatly influenced by the ocean. She spent the past summer working in a gallery and boutique in Rosemary Beach, Florida, where she created and sold several of her own works.  She is excited to see where Christ leads her after graduation. She wishes to use the gift He has given her to bring glory to Him and to further His kingdom.
