The Capital Campaign for the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center is critical to close the gap in services provided to child abuse victims in Dallas County. DCAC's current facility is no longer adequate to accommodate the number of clients seen each year, to meet the identified need in the community for our services, or to house the partners and staff required to serve the large number of child victims in need. In order to provide the quality of care that is required for these sensitive and complex cases, a new facility is essential to facilitate the collaborative work of our partners and provide effective recovery services for our clients.

Over 20,000 reports of child abuse were made last year in Dallas County; 6,000 were confirmed; DCAC saw nearly 2,000 of those children.
