In recognition of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, Sleep Experts donated $1 to DCAC for every “Like” to the company’s new Share the Gift of Sleep Facebook page throughout April, raising $2,000 for the Center. DCAC is thankful to have Sleep Experts’ partnership and support.

DCAC is sincerely grateful to the ladies of the Slipper Club for their dedication and generosity to our agency. On Tuesday, April 13, the Slipper Club presented a gift in the amount of $30,000 to the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center.

The proceeds raised from the Slipper Club's 13th Annual Casino and Silent Auction Gala on February 27, 2010, will go towards DCAC's Therapy program, including its Animal Assisted program and its Family Emergency Fund. 

The Slipper Club was founded in 1934 and is dedicated to serving women and the community. Since its inception, the organization has raised over $130,000 for local nonprofit organizations and charitable agencies.
