 Forensic
Interview team members at DCAC augment the communication and
coordination among all collaborating agencies, provide forensic
interviews at the request of law enforcement, coordinate community
services, make therapy referrals and answer any questions
a child or family member has about the status of the case.
Forensic Interviewers ensure each child’s interview
is conducted in an age appropriate setting, with emphasis
on the child’s comfort, minimal number of interviews
and proper evidence collection.
