Protecting
our children is one of the most important roles we play
as parents and grandparents. Investing in the Legacy Society
ensures that our children, and their children, will live
a life safe from abuse.
Since 1991, the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center
has served over 20,000 children who were sexually and physically
abused. DCAC brings together front-line professionals who
investigate child abuse cases, provide therapy for child
victims, and prosecute their offenders, ultimately leading
to a 92% conviction rate. Additionally, the Center offers
specialized training on recognizing and reporting child
abuse for medical professionals, childcare providers and
school personnel. In short, the DCAC team helps keep Dallas
County children safe.
The goal of the DCAC Legacy Society is to ensure the safety
of children for generations to come. For more information
about joining the Legacy Society, or other giving opportunities,
please contact Stephanie Bernal, VP of Development at the
Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, at 214-818-2630.
Together, we can keep children safe...today and tomorrow.
