Thursday Tours: 9 am - 5 pm

You are invited to come and see the view from the inside at the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center.

Starting March 2009, DCAC will be providing tours of its facility every Thursday.

Be our guest and see with your own eyes the Dallas Police Department Child Abuse Unit, CPS, Assistant District Attorney, DCAC Forensic Interviewers, and DCAC Therapists working together under one roof to investigate child abuse cases, prosecute the offenders, and provide hope and healing to child victims and their families.

Views from the Inside:

"We came with a small group of volunteers from our company; we all left with a renewed purpose to do all we can to help those who work at DCAC and for those children DCAC serves."

"The artwork from the children told the story of the center. In the several pieces of art I saw on their walls, it was evident the sadness these children were living in but also the new hope they now have after going through the programs at the center."

"It was a great insight as to how the center exactly works / how many people are involved in the "process" of helping the children served by DCAC. Also interesting was how many different "positions" are required to effectively help the children and what each one brings to the table."

"I only had a broad understanding of the work that goes on at the DCAC. The tour gave me comprehensive education on all aspects of center. It touched my heart and made me eager to partner with their efforts."
